Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine. To ensure we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy:
✂️ Appointment Cancellations
I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me time to offer the appointment slot to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s).
No-shows or missed appointments without any notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.
🕒 Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your full service or may need to reschedule, and a fee may apply.
💳 Payment & Booking
I may require a credit card on file or a deposit to secure appointments. Fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the card provided.
